Besides blogging, I love gardening. I try to grow organic, fresh veggies in my yard. Last season I had harvested lots of Broad beans from my garden. After sharing some with friends, I saved some for later times by freezing. I have cleaned, chopped em to the size I wanted and stored in freezer. They will be good for months. Do check my garden adventures post if you are planning for spring garden. Once you plant Broad beans, they die in winter and come back again next season. I love it for that fact.  Below pic is my plant.

On the days when I don’t have veggies or in mood to quickly make something, I get my frozen veggies out. Today is such day. When all I could found was bag of Potatoes in pantry, I used my frozen Broad beans. Also I made the curry in IP. I have a 6 Qt Instant Pot . And the curry was done in 15 minutes. Having chopped veggies on hand makes cooking easy on a busy day.

Do check my  stove top Broadbeans sesame powder curry recipe which is my favorite. Looking for more Instant pot recipes, check Instant pot Cracked wheat Pongal, Instant pot Ginger ChaiMung sprouts bhaji , mixed vegetable curry recipes.
